Should I lease or buy a copier?
It depends on your volume, your cash flow, and how long you'll keep the machine. Leasing keeps cash free and bundles service; buying can be cheaper over a long life. We'll show you both side by side with real numbers from your Print Navigator assessment — and tell you honestly which one fits, even when it's the smaller sale.
How much does a copier lease cost in Orange County?
A business color MFP typically leases in the low-to-mid hundreds per month, depending on speed, features, and volume — but the monthly payment is only part of the picture. What matters is your true cost per page and total cost of ownership. That's exactly what a free Print Navigator assessment measures, so you're comparing the whole cost, not just the sticker.
What's your service response time?
Under four hours from call to on-site, on average. Our technicians are factory-trained and roll in fully stocked vehicles, so most issues are fixed on the first visit. If a machine is down more than two consecutive business days, you get a free loaner. If it can't be repaired to spec, we replace it free.
Do you sell certified pre-owned copiers?
Yes — and for a lot of offices, it's the smarter spend. Our certified pre-owned Toshiba and Sharp machines are fully inspected, factory-supported, and backed by the same Next Level Quality Commitment as new equipment. We'll tell you when pre-owned is the better call.
What brands do you carry?
We sell and service Toshiba and Sharp copiers, printers, and multifunction devices, new and certified pre-owned. Business color MFPs are our specialty, and we also handle high-volume black-and-white and production-class machines.
What is managed print, and do I need it?
Managed print rolls parts, labor, service, and toner into one predictable monthly fee, and we oversee your whole fleet — supplies, uptime, and costs — so your team stops thinking about printers. It's ideal for offices with multiple devices or locations that want budgeting certainty and one point of contact.
What is Print Navigator?
It's our free, no-obligation on-site assessment. We map every device, measure your true cost per page, and show you — in plain numbers — where the money's going and what we'd recommend, with a five-year outlook. It's how we make a recommendation based on your reality instead of a sales pitch.

What areas do you serve?
We're based in Irvine and serve businesses across Orange County — Newport Beach, Santa Ana, Anaheim, Tustin, Costa Mesa, Fountain Valley, Huntington Beach, Lake Forest, Mission Viejo, Fullerton, Orange and beyond — plus Los Angeles, Riverside, and San Bernardino counties.
How fast can you install a new machine?
Once we've sized the right equipment through a Print Navigator assessment, most installs happen within days, scheduled around your business. We handle delivery, setup, network configuration, and a walkthrough for your team — and we're a phone call away afterward.
Are you locally owned?
Yes. Next Level was founded in Orange County in 2013 by Jim Leivas and is family-owned and Irvine-based. When you call, you reach a person who knows your name and your fleet — not a national call center.
